Marriott (Dual Branded Hotel 148-18 Archer Ave)

United Construction & Development Group Corporation is building a 338-room Marriott Courtyard and Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites at 148-18 Archer Ave. Construction commenced July 2015 and should be complete by summer 2017.

Jamaica Station Hotel (90-75 Sutphin, Btwn Archer & Jamaica Ave)

In March, Ampiera Group purchased 90-75 Sutphin Blvd, and a few months before bought 75,000 SF of neighboring air rights. They plan to redevelop the property into a 179,000 SF mixed-use project. The project will consist of 5,332 SF of retail, 32,000 SF of office space and a 242-room 4-Star hotel. Construction/demo expected to begin by the end of 2015.
