Parsons Garage Redevelopment

Greater Jamaica Development Corporation has partnered with Gotham Organization, Monadnock Development, and Moses Sole Realty to redevelop the Parsons Garage site, now known as Arras, following the RFP issued in March 2023. This transformative mixed-use development will deliver affordable rental housing and affordable homeownership opportunities, along with community facility space, retail, and parking in the heart of Downtown Jamaica. Arras represents a major investment in the continued revitalization of the Parsons Boulevard corridor and the broader Downtown Jamaica community, strengthening the area’s economic and residential landscape.
